Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you’ll help new advertisers launch effective PPC campaigns and achieve measurable results from the very start.
Role Overview:

As an Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted partner to advertisers beginning their journey on the Google Ads platform. From account setup to campaign launch and early optimization, you’ll guide clients throughout the onboarding process—building confidence and creating a strong foundation for long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Portfolio Management:

Manage a portfolio of new advertisers and ensure a smooth onboarding and activation experience
Strategic Consultation:

Understand client objectives and recommend customized advertising strategies
Campaign Execution:

Set up, manage, and optimize data-driven PPC campaigns following best practices
Client Coaching:

Educate and support clients via calls, video meetings, and email to improve campaign performance
Growth Opportunities:

Identify upselling opportunities by introducing advanced tools and expansion options
Performance Monitoring:

Track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and continuously refine strategies
Cross-Team Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams to deliver a consistent and seamless onboarding journey
Platform Expertise:

Stay informed about Google Ads updates, tools, and industry trends to provide expert guidance
Requirements:

Language Skills:

Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1 level)
Experience:

Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
Skills:

Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
Industry Passion:

Genuine enthusiasm for marketing, technology, and digital advertising
