**SUMMARY OF ROLE HERE**
- Manage projects aspects and daily coordination including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets, and staffing requirements.
- Perform administrative tasks such as arranging the meetings, coordinate activities and resources, developing agendas, communicate to internal and external clients, etc.Prepare progress reports, documentation, project reports, power point presentation/slides, creating powerpoint decks.
**What you’ll do**
- Assist in daily coordination of projects including preparing and maintaining project plans, budgets,
and staffing requirements.
- Coordinate requests to expedite approvals.
- Coordinate Sales support activities consisting of business requests, RFPs to ensure that they are delivered following the company’s standards.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project management objectives, project scope and other
requirements.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Monitor project progress and handle any risks or issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Track progress and identify/resolve obstacles.
- Communicate to internal and external clients.
- Prepare progress reports, project forecasts, activity dashboards, etc.
- Assimilation and coordination of power point presentation/slides, creating power point
decks.
**What experience you need**
- **Bachelor’s degree from College or University**:
- **English advanced level written and spoken**:
- **Project Management certification desired (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM)**:
- **Knowledge of software development lifecycle**:
- **2 yeas of experience in a similar role
