About the role As Growth Marketing Director, you'll take ownership of both strategy and execution for paid social campaigns while guiding a team of 6 (5 video editors + 1 creative manager). You'll collaborate closely with clients and our in-house creative team to deliver campaigns that drive results. Responsibilities Oversee media buying across all paid social platforms Act as the main point of contact for client communication and reporting Lead, delegate, and inspire the creative team (video editors & creative manager) Monitor workflows, track campaign performance, and ensure KPIs are consistently met Audit new client prospects and support acquisition strategies Partner with creative managers to produce high-impact video ads Requirements 3+ years in an agency role OR proven experience with a DTC e-commerce brand ($5M+ / year) or subscription app ($2.5M+ ARR) Strong background in paid social advertising (hands-on execution + team leadership) Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team while driving measurable results In-depth understanding of creative performance for video ads Professional English required; Spanish is a plus Ability to work fully remotely if outside Spain What we offer Bonus opportunities after 6 months, tied to performance 25% commission on the first paying month for every new client you help close Significant growth opportunities in a fast-paced, creativity-driven environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
