JUNO Genetics-Spain is looking for a Genetic Laboratory Office Administrator to join our team based in Valencia. If you're passionate about the world of Genetics, this is your opportunity
Your main mission will be To ensure the appropriate administrative activities management that facilitate the smooth running of Juno Genetics.
Responsibilities
* To implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems e.g. Business Central, iPassport etc.
* To implement and maintain MRP and obtain reports (financial cost, minimum stock, lead time, etc)
* To arrange purchasing of consumables, reagents, furniture, services, etc., for both the office and laboratory, and to keep appropriate follow-up and financial records of all purchases.
* To organise and take minutes of meetings including, but not limited to, laboratory general meetings and annual management reviews.
* To prepare, keep and ensure staff records are completed by all personnel in a timely manner. Including but not limited to staff records related to: Onboarding, Offboarding, changes of job position, training and competence events, delivery and return of materials, H&S…
* Assist when required in the review, preparation of documentation for Quality accreditations and other administrative work required (SOPs, Consent forms, KPIs, satisfaction surveys, suppliers assessment, reported incidences…)
* To ensure that facilities are managed appropriately and that there are maintenance contracts in place to ensure that the office and laboratory operate in a safe manner and are legally compliant.
* Assist during the quality audits events as observer and in some cases and circunstances act as internal lead auditor.
Qualifications
* Academic training: Administrative
* Languages: Fluent English.
* Experience: +1 year in a similar position within the healthcare field. Experience in Quality standards related to clinical laboratories (ISO15189) and medical devices (ISO13485) are desirable.

-Good organizational, analytical and detail-oriented skills.
* Technical skills:
* Highly skilled in use of Microsoft 365 apps, including Office suite and Teams.
* Experience with Business Central and Ipassport.
* Experience with AEMPS and EUDAMED websites to register are desirable.
