About the Role:
We're looking for a creative, proactive, and organized Community Manager to bring our brand to life across social media platforms. You'll play a key role in developing engaging content, managing our community, and helping shape our digital presence.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Planning, filming, and editing social-first content in line with the content calendar.
2. Writing engaging, on-brand copy to represent our voice across all social media channels.
3. Collaborating with internal teams to brainstorm and pitch fresh, creative content ideas.
4. Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to fulfill content needs.
5. Creating content guidelines, playbooks, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
6. Supporting social media strategy through competitor research and content performance analysis.
7. Assisting strategists by researching trends and proposing innovative content formats.
8. Using internal tools to monitor, track, and analyze content performance.
9. Producing regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness.
10. Monitoring feedback and online reviews, and collaborating with our Customer Support team.
11. Building and nurturing relationships with our audience, partners, influencers, and industry professionals.
About You:
You're a digital native who loves social media and community building. You know how to engage audiences, spot trends, and bring energy and creativity into every piece of content you create.
We're looking for someone who:
12. Is fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken); French, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus.
13. Has a degree or equivalent hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
14. Brings 4+ years of experience in social media or community management.
15. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
16. Has a proactive, can-do mindset and takes full ownership of their projects.
17. Is detail-oriented, analytical, and a strong problem-solver.
18. Stays current on digital trends, tech updates, and media shifts.
19. Is skilled in Canva and CapCut, especially for short-form video editing.
20. Thrives in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
21. Knows how to define and track community KPIs.
22. Enjoys collaborating in a vibrant, international team environment.
23. Is based in (or willing to relocate to) Madrid, Spain.
