Your Responsibilities
* Represent Surplex before insolvency administrators in bankruptcy proceedings.
* Conduct market analysis and define target customers.
* Acquire and build long‑term customer relationships.
* Negotiate and close deals.
* Drive continuous market expansion.
What You Should Bring
* Studies in Law (degree not required, but the studies/experience itself is a Must‑Have).
* Proactive mindset and initiative in customer acquisition.
* Experience in B2B sales.
* The ambition to determine your own income.
* Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.

Q1: Establish your first 20 customer contacts and close your first projects.

Q2: Position yourself as a trusted partner in your target market segment.
