You will be part of our Barcelona-based development team, collaborating with UX, Product, and Tech to build the user interface of our FX platform. You will work with frameworks like Angular, React, Vue, or similar, and explore Ember. We provide resources and support to master Ember and to share knowledge with the team.
\n
This role involves contributing to a platform-agnostic component library using Stencil.js and web components, designed to integrate across an expanding UI ecosystem that includes Ruby on Rails (RoR), Phoenix, and other technologies. Our backend is primarily Ruby on Rails, with Elixir (Phoenix) used for specific services.

Responsibilities
\n
Maintain and improve the codebase; ensure applications run correctly
\n
Develop and test new features; solve issues; perform maintenance and upgrades
\n
Review peers’ code; validate requirements and ensure efficiency
\n
Provide improvement suggestions; participate in technical discussions; maintain technical documentation
\n
Cater to clients’ understanding of an intuitive FX platform
\n
Write efficient, readable code; work closely with the UX team; contribute ideas
\n
Own frontend projects and manage BE-FE integration; mentor junior/mid-level engineers
\n
Act as a trusted ally to the tech lead
\n
Who you are
\n
At least 5 years of professional experience with modern frontend frameworks (Ember, Angular, React, Vue)
\n
Strong testing skills; experience creating and maintaining tests
\n
Experience with web components (Stencil JS) is a strong plus
\n
Self-motivated; eager to learn and improve
\n
Open to making mistakes but committed to doing things the right way
\n
Team player who values collaboration and asks questions
\n
EU work authorization is a plus
\n
Interested in leading and mentoring junior engineers
\n
Fluency in English
