- *Job Summary**
\nThe Accounts Receivable (AR) is responsible for ensuring timely collection of payments, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and supporting the business with financial insights related to receivables. The role collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing issues, manage credit, and improve AR processes. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in order-to-cash processes and contribute to the financial performance of the organization.\n
- *Responsibilities**
- *Business Partnering.**
\nSupport the business with AR insights and act as a trusted point of contact for customer accounts and invoice-related queries.\n
- *Work closely with our Customer Care hubs**
- *Accounts Receivable Management**
\nMonitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and accurate account balances.\n
Track and resolve outstanding payment issues, escalating when necessary.
\n
- *Billing & Cash Application**
\nAssist in clarifying unapplied cash and resolving billing discrepancies.\n
Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and issued in accordance with agreed terms.
\n
- *Credit Management**
\nPerform credit checks and release blocked orders.\n
Identify delinquent accounts for write-off or placement with collection agencies.
\n
- *Reporting & Financial Insights**
\nPrepare and contribute to AR reports, including cash flow analysis, aging reports, and customer account summaries.\n
Support management with insights into receivables trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
\n
- *Process Improvement**
\nParticipate in ad-hoc projects to streamline the order-to-cash process.\n
Collaborate with in-country AR experts to ensure alignment on processes and best practices.
\n
- *Stakeholder Collaboration**
\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers to resolve issues efficiently.\n
- *Core Skills**
\nEarlier experience in AR, Credit Control, or similar finance role.\n
Strong accounting knowledge and advanced Excel skills.
\n
You must be
\n
- *fluent in English**
\n, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish, French, German, or a Nordic language would be an asset\n
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
\n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n
Proficient with MS Office and
\n
- *SAP.**
