In order to consolidate its brands in Europe and the Middle East, the North American Combustion Business Unit is looking for an Application Sales Manager for Aluminum to reinforce the team. Thanks to real business acumen and support from a team, the candidate will develop sales strategy to grow sales in the aluminum market in volume and margin.
Role Responsibilities
* Nurturing OEM and end‑user customers through regular visits to grasp their needs and assess potential projects.
* In a competitive environment, coordinate and prepare the quote submission & bidding process with the support team in Spain.
* Support the project teams in their technical meetings, negotiations, design‑approval meetings and act as the voice of customers internally.
* Recommend agents and strategic partners for specific projects or regions.
* Ensure follow‑up during project development, from orders to equipment delivery.
* Scout new opportunities on the market through competitive intelligence, attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
* Territory: Europe and Middle East.
Qualifications
* BSc or MSc degree in Engineering, Engineering Project Management or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience selling industrial equipment within the non‑ferrous industrial sector, such as furnaces or burner combustion systems.
* Fluency in English (second language) is a must.
