Are you a field-based beauty sales professional who thrives on being on the road, building relationships, and bringing brands to life in-store?
We're looking for experienced Sales & Education Managers with strong Sephora beauty brand experience to lead field execution across Madrid, Paris, or Milan. This is a high-impact, on-the-ground role where you'll spend the majority of your time in store visiting 100+ doors educating, motivating, and driving performance through exceptional product storytelling and relationships.
You'll act as a true brand ambassador, working closely with store teams to elevate knowledge, increase sell-through, and ensure our products shine on the shop floor.
Own field sales & education execution across a large retail territory
Visit 100+ retail doors, bringing the brand to life through education, training, and in-store support
Deliver engaging product training to Beauty Advisors and store leadership
Support launches, events, and key retail moments
Strong field sales experience within beauty or cosmetics
Confident educator with the ability to inspire and influence store teams
Excellent relationship-builder with store managers and retail partners
Passionate about beauty, education, and brand storytelling
