What are we looking for?
We are seeking a talented iOS Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in iOS development using Swift and a passion for creating high-quality mobile applications. We value leadership qualities and the ability to contribute significantly to our projects.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features for our iOS applications.
* Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
* Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Swift.
* Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality and adherence to best practices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in existing iOS applications.
* Create libraries as needed.
* Optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
* Stay updated on the latest iOS development trends and technologies.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 6 years of professional experience in iOS development using Swift.
* Strong understanding of iOS app architecture, design patterns, and unit testing.
* Proficiency in writing clean, readable, and well-documented code.
* Experience with Swift Package Manager (SPM) for dependency management.
* Familiarity with iOS frameworks such as UIKit and SwiftUI.
* Expertise in version control systems and git-flow.
* Advanced knowledge of RESTful APIs and networking concepts.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, along with strong communication abilities.
Additional preferred qualities:
* Bachelor's degree or vocational training.
* Interest in psychology and mental health.
* Fluency in English and Spanish.
* Experience with websockets.
