We are partnering with a rapidly scaling consumer marketplace with millions of active users across Southern Europe.The company is now investing in a newly created Growth Product division and is looking for a Product Manager (Growth / Activation) to accelerate user acquisition and activation.This role sits at the intersection of product, growth strategy, data, and performance marketing — working cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Design, and Acquisition teams.Your MissionAs a Growth Product Manager, you will drive the strategy and roadmap for activation, improving the user journey from signup to the first valuable actions (listings, purchases, transactions).Your work will focus on funnel optimization, experimentation, and personalisation at scale to drive sustainable, product-led growth.What You Will DoDefine and execute the activation strategy across web and mobile.Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve funnel conversion.Identify and remove friction in onboarding, listing, and early buyer/seller flows.Collaborate with SEO, SEM and Acquisition teams to align marketing with in-product activation.Design and optimize personalized communications in collaboration with CRM.Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design and Data to implement growth levers.Track activation KPIs and drive continuous improvement.Contribute to the launch of the new loyalty and retention initiatives.What We're Looking ForStrong experience as a Product Manager in Growth, Activation or Conversion Optimization .Background in SEO/SEM/Acquisition or marketing roles transitioning into product.Deep understanding of funnels, activation metrics, and lifecycle stages.Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing tools.Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, data and marketing teams.Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English.Nice to HaveExperience in marketplaces or e-commerce.Experience with segmentation, CRM automation, or retention systems.Tech
