The role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
AC Marketing Specialist
to support brand promotion, marketing, and retail activities for TCL’s Air Conditioning product line in the Spanish market.
This position will be based in our Madrid office, reporting directly to the AC Sales Director in Spain and functionally to the Marketing and Retail Managers at regional level. The role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with business goals, while ensuring brand consistency and optimal retail presence in the local market.
Key accountabilities
Execute and implement local trade marketing plans: Coordinate promotional activities with clients and agencies, monitor campaign performance, and conduct post-campaign analysis. Support marketing content development and execution: Review and adapt communication materials for local use across social media, PR, and digital channels (YouTube, websites, newsletters). Manage external marketing and retail vendors: Supervise the execution of brand and product visibility actions both online and offline (e.g., events, activations, displays). Monitor pricing trends and competitive landscape: Regularly update internal reports on online and offline retail pricing and perform competitive analysis. Maintain and update product and brand content: Ensure accuracy and relevance of content on TCL’s official website and retail partners’ platforms. Oversee in-store presence and retail execution: Supervise demo unit installations, booth layout and design, and manage POSM (point-of-sale materials). Track marketing performance and propose improvements: Analyze KPIs of marketing activities and provide recommendations for optimization and ROI maximization.
Your profile
3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in consumer electronics, HVAC, or home appliances. Native-level Spanish speaker with strong written and verbal English communication skills. Proven experience in social media management, retail marketing, and content creation. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience with trade marketing or shopper marketing campaigns is highly valued. Familiarity with the Spanish retail landscape and consumer behavior in AC goods categories. A proactive, hands-on attitude and strong teamwork orientation.
