About the role
We are looking for a Growth Specialist Intern to help us get more value from our lead and customer database through CRM initiatives, automation, experimentation and data analysis.
The role will focus on improving conversion, lead nurturing, repeat bookings, reactivation, referrals and customer engagement. It is a hands-on position for someone proactive, creative, analytical and comfortable working with tools and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support CRM growth initiatives across the whole customer lifecycle.
- Build, test and optimize automation workflows using tools such as HubSpot, n8n, internal systems, AI tools or other no-code/low-code solutions.
- Analyze CRM and funnel performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Help design and run experiments to improve conversion and engagement.
- Track key KPIs such as lead-to-booking conversion, repeat rate, referral performance, reactivation, engagement and revenue per lead/request.
- Propose creative ideas to increase the value generated from each lead and customer.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Operations teams on growth projects.
- Prepare reports, insights and recommendations based on campaign and workflow performance.
Requirements
Hard Skills
- Strong interest in growth, CRM, automation, digital marketing and startups.
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with data.
- Good level of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with CRM, automation or no-code/low-code tools.
- Interest in tools such as HubSpot, n8n, Make, Zapier, AI agents or workflow builders.
- High level of Spanish and fluency in English.
Soft Skills

Nice to Have
- Previous internship, coursework or personal projects related to growth, CRM, automation, analytics or marketing.
- Previous experience with HubSpot or another CRM.
- Familiarity with n8n, Make, Zapier, Airtable, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Amplitude or similar tools.
- Interest in marketplaces, tech products, customer lifecycle, retention, referral systems or AI-driven growth.
