HeadlineCreating passion: your responsibilities
1. Drive the successful implementation of SAP Service within our global S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring consistency with the Liebherr global template.
2. Translate complex business requirements into robust SAP Service Management solutions (including configuration and customization), with a focus on service orders, service confirmation, service contracts, warranty management, service billing and resource related billings.
3. Integrate SAP Services with external Field Service execution tools (e.g., ServiceMax or Microsoft Dynamics) covering technician scheduling and dispatch, mobile apps for field engineers, spare parts management in the field, etc.
4. Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, providing expert guidance across all project phases: Design, realization, testing, cutover, go-live and post go-live support.
5. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge
