PbOmega CRM is a Merkle Dentsu company, leader in development of Customer Experience services, with +20 years of experience in the use of Technology applied to Marketing and providing a unique Customer Relationship with mainly focus on Innovation is looking for a Martech Strategist to grow our martech stack practice, who is passionate about shifting boundaries of marketing and technology with a holistic approach and special focus on customer experience management, marketing automation, personalization and IA with cutting edge technology and suppliers. /b /ppbr/ppThis role should integrate strategic thinking, problem-solving skills and cross-functional collaboration to execute on marketing strategy, drive innovation and business results. Moreover, it must understand not only the practical applications of the marketing craft but the technology we now use to make it happen. /ppSuccess in this role will utilize past experience to analyze business needs, partner with Omega business development, operations and tech teams, to design evolutive roadmaps to improve Customer Experience maturity for Omega CRM current and potential clients, with a consultancy and pre-sales approach. /ppbr/ppResponsabilities /ppbr/pulliDesign, advice and pre-sales of marketing and technology solutions to help OmegaCRM clients evolve in their digital maturity and relationship with their clients. /liliDesign of an evolutionary roadmap to improve martech capabilities with business improvement objectives, combining the development of client capabilities with the implementation of marketing tools. /liliParticipation in collaboration proposals with potential clients focusing on the design of solutions from a technical point of view and with a focus on business. /liliAct as a business analyst to map business needs (KPIs) with development of client capabilities, both through services and implementation projects of martech tools. /liliParticipation in projects: detailed definition of customer experience improvement strategies with a focus on improving the relationship with consumers in their complete life cycle. /liliResearch and recommend new marketing technology products. Potentially overseeing training of marketing software and customer adoption /liliGuarantee Integration of marketing technology products with non-marketing systems /liliTrain and support marketing technology products. /liliUnderstanding of marketing technology products integrations and building blocks. /liliAccompanying marketing corporate team to demos and client locations. /liliDelivering presentations and performing product demonstrations. /liliResearch market trends and associated technologies to identify the most impactful opportunities and trendy topics. /li /ulpbr/ppKnowledge Skills /ppbr/pulliStrong collaboration and communication skills while working with SME's, C-Levels, PMO and business users/ stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements. /liliMinimum 2 years' experience specifying MarTech/Adtech business development, /liliConsultancy focused. Skilled at translating technology into solutions that solve business problems. /liliUnderstanding of Customer Data Platforms, Marketing Automation Tools, AI tools, Web Analytics, Advertising platforms, etc. /liliStrong experience in Campaign/CRM/Direct Marketing, preferably within an agency or consultancy /liliPrevious experience within digital advertising. /li /ulpbr/ppWill be a plus: /ppbr/pulliEmail marketing, Lead generation and Database management, Paid Media and Customer Segmentation. /liliExperience with supporting multiple implementation work-streams simultaneously /liliSelf-motivated, creative person with analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities /liliGreat negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. /liliExceptional organizational and time management skills. /liliPassionate technologist and Innovative visionary /li /ulpbr/ppWHAT DO WE OFFER /ppbr/pulliPermanent contract. /liliFlexible Schedule.
