We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Investment & Sales Manager with a strong understanding of deal structuring, fundraising, and outbound sales. Responsibilities Proactively source and onboard clients Assess developers and their projects to determine if they are a fit for fundraising Quickly analyze real estate projects (~20 minutes) for capital-raising suitability Manage clients end-to-end: onboarding, contracts, fundraising, and success fee collection Maintain a clean, well-structured CRM Requirements Strong understanding of investment concepts (equity, debt, LTV, IRR, ROI) Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple, clear language Comfortable with CRM systems and modern digital tools (including GPT/AI) Strong social skills and relationship-driven mindset Fast learner, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment Fluency in English + Spanish or Portuguese is required.
