Job Description
We seek a Global Web Analyst to optimize our B2B websites' performance. As a key member of the web team, you will analyze user behavior, track metrics, and provide insights to improve MQL generation and conversion rates.
Making an Impact
1. Analyze and report on website performance, focusing on conversion rates, form submissions, and user engagement.
2. Interpret data from website tracking tools (Google Analytics, VWO, Hubspot).
3. Set and ideate for web events based on business objectives.
4. Develop and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into website performance.
5. Conduct A/B testing analyses (VWO and HubSpot).
6. Perform one-off analysis for key initiatives like promotions and website migrations to measure effectiveness.
7. Identify and analyze different audience segments to improve targeting and personalization.
Your Qualifications
1. 3+ years experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or CRO roles.
2. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other web analytics platforms.
3. Ability to build dashboards and reports using Looker, Tableau, Superset, or similar tools.
4. Experience with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, VWO, or Optimizely.
