Develop and implement action plans to prepare the Healthcare Prescription Pharmacies organization for sustained competitiveness in both the short and long term. /liliLead the strategy creation and co-lead the execution for the Local Brands (Rx and OTC) in the Spanish Affiliate, providing strategic insights for the proper preparation of the Marketing Plan, and assure the proper execution, aligned to the approved budget. /liliBe co-responsible for the local PL of the Brands. /liliDirectly supervise the team in charge of strategy ideation from the commercial side via understanding patient, physician, stakeholder and payer needs, defining market segments, analysing the competitive landscape, creating brand/franchise strategies and formulating the Local Brand Plans. /liliUltimate responsible to deliver a competitive and differentiated positioning for the Local Brands through their life cycle. To lead the definition of messages and elaboration of the Local campaigns and Local materials. /liliRecommend and contribute to the successful product introduction and commercialization.
