Overview We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to join an international Insurance client. Hybrid work required, Barcelona. Minimum 5 years of previous experience.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate collaboration and onboarding between teams in Barcelona and France.
- Support delivery teams with limited technical exposure to AWS, Cloud, and streaming in the context of data core streams.
- Promote effective teamwork and agile practices (Management 3.0 principles) and foster strong soft skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Strong soft skills: able to express ideas clearly, resolutive and proactive.
- Very strong communication skills; English fluent required; French a plus.
- Experience with Scrum Mastering in data/streaming contexts or data-centric programs (Data Core Stream, Program/Service Datahub) is preferred.
Note: This role requires limited technical skills in AWS, Cloud, and streaming to facilitate coordination across teams.
