Amaris is looking for a Senior Consultant in Health Economics and HTA to join our dynamic and international team in Barcelona! As part of our HEMA department (Health Economics & Market Access - ). Let us show you what you could do with us, and how you can impact the world being a HEMA consultant: Your Responsibilities: • You will join the team as Senior Biostatistician Consultant: • Act as a lead analyst on projects including ITC, Network Meta-Analysis, clinical trial data analysis, Real World Evidence studies. In that role: • Interact with the client to have a good understanding of their need • Identify optimal methodological solutions to address the need • Lead the implementation of the corresponding solution, supported by statistical analysts, and development of high-quality deliverables • Lead client meetings • Act as a project manager on projects including ITC, NMA, RWE, and analyses of clinical trials: • Act as the main point of contact to the client • Coordinate the work of team members internally • Represent company expertise in capabilities, presentations, conferences, and external events, and contribute to the preparation of proposals • Providing management and technical support to other team members within the department • Coach junior team members (guidance on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development. Your Responsibilities: • Responsible for delivering on a cluster of projects within the Statistics delivery (RWE, evidence synthesis, biostatistics) • Acts as a Project Manager, Lead Analyst and/or technical advisor on projects within your specialty Operational Excellence: • Accountable for quality checking that the staffing on projects within your cluster is optimal • Safeguard for quality of deliverables within your cluster–set standards of excellence and transmit know- how to project teams and delivery managers under your supervision.
