Amaris is your steppingstone to cross rivers of change, meet challenges and achieve all your projects with success.UX Researcher (4–5 years of experience)Main Responsibilities- Plan, design, and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies (interviews, usability tests, surveys, ethnographic studies, diary studies, card sorting, tree testing, etc.).- Select the appropriate methodology based on project objectives and business constraints.- Analyze and interpret research findings, generating clear and actionable reports.- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure that insights are translated into tangible product/service improvements.- Promote a user-centered culture within the organization, advocating for the importance of research throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.- Stay up to date on trends, tools, and best practices in UX Research.Requirements- 4–5 years of proven experience as a UX Researcher in consulting, digital agencies, or product companies.- Solid experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies.- Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate findings to different audiences (from technical teams to C-level).- Practical knowledge of research and testing tools (e.G., UserTesting, Lookback, Dovetail, Maze, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, among others).- Experience in agile environments and collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.- Advanced level of English (spoken and written).Valued Skills- Ability to facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users.- Knowledge of Service Design or Design Thinking.- Previous experience in research for complex digital products (e.G., SaaS, e-commerce, banking, healthcare, etc.).
