* Live our vision, values and beliefs every day
* Represent the company brand through polished communication, personal appearance and professionalism
* Stay informed and familiar with all products and services offered
* Uphold brand integrity through visual merchandising guidelines
* Greet and welcome all clients ensuring they are properly advised on the collections
* Guide and attend clients with a high customer service standard
* Fulfil store objectives by processing sales in a confident and professional manner, whilst building strong relationships with clients
* Gather and collate clients' CRM details in order to build the client book, follow-up with clients and maintain relationships.
* Maintain store standards with stock and adhere to Sandon's visual merchandising guidelines
* Follow procedures and respect standards xbhjioe and code of ethics, including grooming and behavior
* POS (Point of sales) transactions
Requirements:
* Experience in a high-end interior design showroom is a plus
* Strategic, highly organized and results-oriented
* Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
* Proven ability to exceed sales goals
