Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Regional Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for our full product portfolio across the region. This role is responsible for developing targeted marketing campaigns, driving digital marketing activities, and managing regional trade shows, workshops, and scientific seminars to enhance brand visibility and support commercial growth.
The ideal candidate has strong marketing experience within medical devices with excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of IVF workflows, assisted reproductive technologies, and the needs of embryologists and fertility clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution
Develop and implement regional marketing strategies to support the growth of product portfolio, aligned with global marketing objectives.
Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, lead generation, and product adoption.
Localize global marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with regional market needs, clinical practices, and customer insights.
Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics to optimize effectiveness and ROI.
Digital Marketing
Lead digital marketing programs including SEO/SEM, social media content, email marketing, website content development, and digital lead-generation activities.
Coordinate with global digital teams to ensure brand consistency and effective online engagement.
Develop digital assets such as landing pages, product brochure, product videos, webinars, and clinical education materials.
Trade Shows, Events & Scientific Seminars
Plan, organize, and execute regional participation in trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions (e.g., ESHRE or regional events).
Coordinate scientific seminars, workshops, and clinician/embryologist engagement programs to support direct sales and distributors.
Work with Product Development, Scientific Affairs and Sales teams to develop compelling event content and technical demonstrations.
Manage event logistics, budgets, timelines, and post-event follow-ups.
Market Intelligence & Product Support
Gather and analyze competitor activities, market trends, customer insights, and clinical feedback to inform marketing strategy.
Collaborate with regional sales teams to support product launches, sales tools, and customer training materials.
Work with global marketing and product management to ensure regional needs are reflected in marketing collateral and future product planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Sales, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Product Development teams to ensure marketing programs are fully aligned with corporate strategy.
Support internal communication of marketing updates, campaign performance, and regional market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in the medical device or IVF sector.
Strong understanding of IVF laboratory workflows and customer groups (embryologists, clinicians, fertility centers).
Demonstrated experience in marketing campaign management, digital marketing, and scientific event organization.
Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present confidently to internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in digital marketing tools, Odoo systems, and analytics platforms.
Ability to travel regionally for events.
