Do you have a proven track record in launching crop protection products and building strong networks in the agri‑sector? Are you fluent in Spanish or Italian and eager to bring innovative solutions to market?
Responsibilities
Commercialize Globachem's innovative crop protection products in Southern European countries.
Provide market insights, map competition and competing products.
Build a strong technical basis and transform technical knowledge into compelling use recommendations to support rapid market adoption.
Lead pre‑launch initiatives and support distributors to ensure successful product introductions through demo trials, technical training and presentations.
Maintain a solid network of distributors, CROs, advisors and industry influencers in Spain and Italy, and grow that network in other South‑European countries.
Coordinate annual trial plans to meet regulatory, crop safety, compatibility and sales requirements.
Represent Globachem at local congresses and symposiums.
Select distribution partners and set pricing together with the responsible sales manager.
Collaborate closely with Sales & Marketing, R&D;, Product Development, Regulatory and Supply Chain departments.
Report to the Business Development Manager at the headquarters in Belgium.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Agronomy, Bio‑engineering or related field.
At least 7 years of commercial experience in crop protection and experience launching new products.
Fluent in Spanish or Italian (native level) and English; other languages are a plus.
Based in Southern Europe (Spain or Italy) and versátil to travel frequently to other South‑European countries or to Belgium.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic and commercial approach to project management.
Hands‑on self‑starter driven by innovation.
Team player with a growth mindset.
