Mission OverviewThe Product Line Analyst supports the product management team by providing data‐driven insights, conducting market research, and ensuring internal alignment across functions. The role maintains an accurate and well‐organized product database, manages product creations and updates, follows agreed processes, and delivers reporting and analysis to support Product Management and other functions.
Main Responsibilities
Product Database ManagementMaintain and update the product database.
Create new product records and update existing products.
Ensure product information is accurate and complete.
Follow agreed processes for product changes and approvals.
Help improve data quality and consistency.
Support users with product data queries.
Reporting & AnalysisExtract product data and prepare regular reports.
Support analysis on capacity, product features, portfolio mix, and trends.
Create reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
Turn data into clear summaries for stakeholders.
Product Management SupportSupport Product Managers with day‐to‐day activities.
Assist with portfolio reviews and data preparation.
Support new product launches with system setup and data readiness.
Help prepare business updates and presentations.
Communication & CollaborationWork with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Service teams.
Respond to requests in a timely and professional manner.
Build strong working relationships across functions.
Manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Customer FocusProvide strong internal customer service.
Support customer requests requiring product data or information.
Help prepare customer‐facing documents where required.
Qualifications
Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
Initial experience in product analysis, marketing, or business intelligence.
Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
Good understanding of product and market dynamics.
Ability to work cross‐functionally with diverse teams.
Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
Curiosity, rigor, and a proactive mindset.
Professional fluency in English.
