We’re looking for a Senior OT Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Cybersecurity team. This hybrid role is based in Barcelona and involves international collaboration and project execution. You’ll be responsible for securing critical IT / OT and cloud IoT projects, driving cybersecurity improvements.
Your responsibilities include:
* Designing, implementing, and managing security controls in IT / OT environments.
* Deploying and operating Claroty xDome for asset visibility, threat detection, and risk management in industrial networks.
* Reviewing and maintaining security controls in collaboration with SecOps and other teams.
* Leading OT cybersecurity deployments across global manufacturing facilities.
* Driving OT cybersecurity governance through standards definition, oversight, and alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.
* Delivering staff training and promoting security awareness.
* Recommending OT cybersecurity best practices and improvements.
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering with a focus on industrial control systems.
* Expertise in ICS / OT, IIoT, network, and infrastructure security.
* Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, network security, IAM, and threat management in industrial networks.
* Experience leading international projects and working with global teams.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken).
