As part of the Sales Department in Spain, this role is responsible for delivering annual sales objectives through the leadership of Sales and Service teams across a large territory.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will combine strategic direction with hands-on field support, ensuring sustainable growth, strong market presence, and high customer satisfaction within the Spanish healthcare system.
Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets
Own sales performance for a large area in Spain, ensuring consistent delivery of financial objectives
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy, translating it into clear, actionable daily priorities
Actively support the field through planned co-travel with sales representatives, engaging with existing and new customers
Track sales performance, forecasts, pipeline growth, and instrument usage using DBS tools
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales within medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare
Proven team leadership experience, ideally in a similar regional or sales management role
Solid knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system and its key stakeholders
Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills
