Experteer Overview In this role you will design, build, and deploy advanced analytics and pricing tools to enhance the FX business globally. You’ll convert large real-time data into production-ready models that support trading, pricing, and revenue optimization. You will work with cross-functional teams across geographies to deliver low-latency analytics inside production environments. - Design and implement sophisticated client segmentation models, automated recommendations, and dynamic pricing frameworks for transactional and sales analytics
- Develop and back-test algorithms and predictive models to support automated execution and market-making across FX products (Spot, Forwards, Swaps)
- Collaborate with FX Sales, quant teams, and production engineering to deliver production-ready analytical models and align global strategies
- Conduct quantitative research on large historical and real-time datasets to improve decision-making and pricing accuracy
- Maintain and operate low-latency engines and ensure robust integration into analytics and trading platforms
- Leverage Python and PySpark within Amazon SageMaker and serve insights via BI/data streaming tools such as KX Insights and DOMOResponsabilidades
- 2-5 years of experience as Data Scientist, Quantitative Researcher, or Algorithmic Trading Developer in financial markets
- Strong mathematical foundations in stochastic processes, numerical methods, optimization, and ML architectures
- Solid understanding of financial markets and derivatives; FX market microstructure and electronic trading platforms are valued
- Advanced proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL; experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud (SageMaker)
- Experience with Q/KDB+ for time-series analytics and knowledge of KX Insights and DOMO is advantageous
- English and Spanish proficiency
