Our mission is to simplify global VAT compliance for multinational companies through powerful and user-centric software. /ppbr/ppWe’re hiring a focused bBusiness Development Representative (BDR) /b to generate and qualify opportunities that feed our Sales Account Executives. This role will be the front line of our sales motion in Spain, owning outbound prospecting and rapid qualification of inbound leads so AEs can focus on closing. You’ll build pipeline, nurture prospects, and ensure smooth handoffs to the Sales Account Executive. /ppbr/ppKey Responsibilities /pulliProspect proactively across target accounts via outbound email, phone, social selling (LinkedIn) and other channels to create qualified meetings. /liliQualify inbound leads quickly and thoroughly, converting MQLs into SQLs and booking discovery meetings / demos for AEs. /liliResearch target accounts and stakeholders to tailor outreach and messaging; build account lists and sequences. /liliMaintain accurate activity and lead data in the CRM and update opportunity records to support reliable forecasting. /liliRun and optimize outreach cadences using sales engagement. /liliCollaborate closely with AEs, Marketing and Partner teams to align on target segments, campaigns, and messaging. /liliParticipate in regular pipeline reviews and refine qualification criteria based on AE feedback. /liliAttend industry events and webinars as needed to support lead generation and brand presence. /li /ulpbr/ppRequired Qualifications /pulli1–3 years of B2B sales development, inside sales, or lead generation experience in FinTech, ERP, or finance/compliance technology. /liliFamiliarity with indirect tax / VAT landscape and compliance requirements preferred. /liliProven success in outbound prospecting and achieving activity/meeting booking targets. /liliStrong verbal and written communication skills in English; confident on the phone and in virtual meetings. /liliExperience using CRM systems, sales engagement and data research tools. /liliHighly organized with strong research skills and attention to data hygiene. /li /ul
