We are looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen our Data Office team in an international and fast-evolving environment. You will build reliable datasets on Databricks, deliver high-quality Power BI semantic models and dashboards, and transform business questions into data-driven insights.
The role requires technical skills, collaboration across cross-functional teams, and interaction with colleagues in multiple countries. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective communication in meetings, documentation, and projects.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end data flow : Understand source systems and business processes, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and ensure data quality, lineage, and traceability.
Model data for Power BI : Improve dataset and report reliability, create Spark/SQL notebooks, design and build robust semantic models, DAX measures, and interactive reports for internal and external business partners; apply workspace governance and row-level security. Document datasets and metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams : Work with Operations, Finance, Sales, IT/Data Processing, and international peers to harmonize KPIs, deliver consistent analytics, and generate insights that support business operations.
Qualifications
Degree in STEM or equivalent experience.
2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools, particularly Power BI (workspace management, data modeling, DAX, visualization).
Good knowledge of Databricks SQL and/or PySpark, Delta Lake concepts, and strong SQL skills on relational data sources.
Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals and data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, PyTorch) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders, including international teams, to clearly and comprehensively present analysis results.
