Crew Food and Meal Program
Our crew food is of the utmost importance and is shared among all chefs, with the Head Chef heavily involved, especially when no guests are onboard.
We make fresh sourdough daily, and hot food is provided for the crew every day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. An excellent budget is allocated for crew meals.
Note: There is no budget for guest food.
We are proud of the quality of food produced for the crew at every meal and are seeking a chef who values the importance of each meal and strives to make it delicious.
Benefits include weekends off when no senior staff are present, and the position involves SOF and Italy summer cruising itineraries.
