The Role & Team:

Infovista is seeking a sales-driven individual with excellent communication skills, strong technical expertise, and the ability to build trust with customers in complex sales cycles. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and rewards.

The Account Director for Service Providers will be responsible for developing sales in the region for the Global Network Product Line, maintaining current client relationships, and acquiring new business with prospective clients.

The candidate should have a proactive approach to acquiring new logos and expanding existing accounts.

Building on their background in service assurance, network testing, and telecom technologies, the candidate will establish credibility with customers, partners, and prospects, navigating within organizations to reach technical buyers and decision-makers, and becoming a trusted advisor.

The role involves driving innovation, automation, and value, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams such as Product Development and Professional Services to ensure successful deployments.

The candidate will leverage their sales experience to secure business in competitive situations, focusing on achieving sales goals.

Profile:

* Strong results-driven mindset and target orientation.
* Experience selling Service Assurance, Network Testing, or OSS solutions.
* Ability to develop strategic plans for territory and key accounts.
* Extensive industry experience and relationships with C-Level and senior management.
* Excellent communication and influence skills, capable of engaging at all organizational levels.
* Ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Understanding of how technical sales impact business cases, and ability to coordinate internal resources.
* Team-oriented selling approach, leveraging presales, product management, R&D, and professional services.

Technical Knowledge:

* Deep knowledge of Service Assurance, network testing, and OSS solutions.
* Understanding of the CSP market, including network engineering, optimization, and operations, and familiarity with CSP buyers.

Personal Skills and Know-How:

* Strategic thinking, process setup, and planning skills.
* Strong analytical, business acumen, and visionary skills.
* Charisma and ability to inspire others.
* Assertiveness in defending company standards and interests.
* Prioritization, adaptability, and organizational skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive them to completion.

Experience:

7+ years in building and managing customer relationships, including with senior executives.

* Proven hunter with a track record in selling OSS solutions.
* Strong sales of software solutions.
* Ability to close deals and meet quotas.
* Existing relationships with CSP leaders such as Telefonica, Vodafone, Orange, etc.
* Willingness to travel up to 50%.
