**Job Purpose**
Define and distribute all Vueling policies, standards and processes in Ground Ops so that all airports comply with Vueling regulations and policy and comply with safety and compliance.
**Main Accountabilities**
- Ensure that Vueling regulations and policies are complied with at all airports.
- Comply with the rules and Vueling Policy.
- Minimize operational risk
- Ensure that Vueling regulations and policies are known and complied with at all
airports.

- Fulfill the mission of the job if it is in the employee´s hand.
**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Define all Vueling policies, standards and processes in Ground Ops.
- Ensure that policies, standards and processes are followed at all airports.
- Establish safe operation of all operations.
- Communicate, inform and train internally to Ground Ops.
- Receive Safety and Compliance reports and request corrective actions from airports.
- Organize and manage the team, promoting their development, teamwork and communication, between their collaborators and the rest of the Company.
- Perform any other responsibility or function that is assigned inherent to
the job.
**Main Relationships**
- Compliance, Safety, Crews, Training, Customer Experience, Commercial.
**Education**
- Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management or Aeronautical Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on Aviation or Safety & Compliance or related field.
**Experience**
- 5-7 years of experience as a Duty Manager or Station Manger or Handling or similar positions.
**Competencies**
- **Regulatory Knowledge & Compliance Awareness**:Deep understanding of aviation regulations and the ability to ensure full adherence across airport operations.
- **Leadership & Team Management**:Ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team, promoting collaboration and effective communication across departments and airports.
- **Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving**:Strong analytical skills to identify operational risks, interpret safety/compliance data, and implement corrective actions effectively.
- **Communication & Stakeholder Management**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with internal departments, airport teams, and regulatory bodies.
