Content Strategy & Development:
• Develop and implement a B2B content marketing strategy aligned with the company's strategy, business goals, target audience, and sales objectives.
• Develop and update the company's website, supported by a marketing communications agency
• Develop and update the company's standard presentation, supported by a marketing agency
• Develop campaign-related presentations and promotional material, in close management with Sales & Business Development
• Develop, manage and oversee the company's social media platform (LinkedIn), blog, industry forums and other relevant B2B platforms, ensuring regular publication of relevant and engaging content.
• Coordinate with external media partners for content placement in trade magazines, journals, and industry websites.
• Create high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate content, including whitepapers, presentations in conferences, case studies, blog posts, brochures, videos, email campaigns, and social media posts.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and sales teams to translate complex manufacturing processes and technical concepts into clear, customer-focused content.
SEO & Digital Marketing Integration:
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
• Align content with paid advertising, email campaigns, and social media strategies.
• Utilize keyword research and performance analytics to guide content creation and optimization.
Trade shows, conferences, in-house showroom, displays, events:
• Manage the annual calendar for trade show participation, conferences and external events
• Organize and manage trade show and conference participation, including displays, materials, necessary administrative activities
• Manage and update the company's in-house showroom and product displays
• Manage in-house customer events
Lead Generation & Thought Leadership:
• Collaborate with industry influencers, partners, and trade publications for content distribution and co-marketing opportunities.
• Manage the creation of educational materials, such as e-books and webinars, to engage potential customers and support the sales funnel.
• Develop industry reports, whitepapers, and case studies that position the company as a thought leader in the manufacturing sector.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
• Track, measure, and report on content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
• Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and improve audience engagement.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify content gaps and new opportunities for growth. • Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:5+ years of experience in content marketing or junior marketing manager position, preferably in mechanical engineering, B2B manufacturing, industrial, or technical environment.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.
• Experience with SEO, digital marketing tools, and content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business development, engineering, technology experts, and sales teams.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and optimize content performance.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms & CRM systems
• Knowledge of video content creation and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Understanding of industry regulations and compliance in manufacturing marketing.
• Native speaker in Catalan and/or Spanish, excellent language skills in English.
