Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.
Responsibilities:
Optimize service operations processes and support systems to reduce operational workload, provide reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a Project Manager.
Work with service owners, product owners, and the delivery team to identify project requirements and ensure objectives are met.
Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
Support daily operations of the Service Ops Platforms.
Oversee onboarding and training for Production Partners.
Experience:
In Project Management and Business Analysis roles within the IT sector.
With service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
Proficient with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
Excellent Excel skills.
Experience working in SCRUM environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
