Remote from Spain.Main Responsibilities:
Be responsible for underwriting AI application development activities in coordination with the team to ensure continuous delivery of features into project build factories.Develop confidence and AI knowledge to investigate and elaborate features for AI-based underwriting applications, addressing solution design needs from the team and stakeholders.Perform analysis across systems and business processes to understand required features across various scenarios.Develop use cases, perform impact assessments, and propose optimal solutions within AI-based underwriting tools.Elicit and document clear business requirements, considering stakeholder needs and interactions with surrounding applications.Contribute to system design by preparing use cases, ensuring the development team has comprehensive information.Design and execute testing of product features during sprint cycles and assist in preparing user acceptance test cases for formal UATs.Collaborate with third-party providers to meet business needs and achieve expected benefits.Perform peer reviews of project artifacts to ensure standards are met.Support testing, implementation, and training activities.Required Skills:
University-level education or equivalent.At least 5 years of experience in delivering Business Analysis artifacts in business and IT change projects, preferably in the Insurance sector (ideally Commercial Insurance).Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies is a plus.Understanding of Azure.Experience with underwriting and knowledge of ITIL principles is valued.Advanced level of English (C1).What We Offer:
