We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at brainboxgroup. As the first point of contact for existing customers, you will be responsible for answering their queries and increasing client satisfaction.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the sales, product, and development teams to provide valuable feedback and promote new products and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS through regular communication
2. GATHER INFORMATION ON ASSIGNED CLIENTS and understand their requirements
3. CONTACT CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ON A SALES PLAN
4. PROVIDE AFTER-SALES SUPPORT TO RETAIN CUSTOMERS
5. ENSURE PROMPT AND ACCURATE ANSWERS TO CLIENTS' QUERIES
6. REPORT ON THE STATUS OF ACCOUNTS
7. SUGGEST COMPANY PRODUCTS/SERVICES THAT MAXIMIZE CLIENT SATISFACTION
8. PROMOTE NEW PRODUCTS/SERVICES TO EXISTING CUSTOMERS
9. GET INVOLVED IN ALL KINDS OF PROBLEMS THAT YOUR CLIENTS HAVE, FINDING SOLUTIONS TO EACH ONE OF THEM
10. WORK HAND IN HAND WITH DIFFERENT TEAMS - ESPECIALLY WITH THE SALES, PRODUCT, AND DEVELOPMENT TEAM - BEING THEIR MAIN CONTACT PERSON TO PROVIDE VALUABLE FEEDBACK

3. You can EASILY HOLD A BUSINESS CONVERSATION in English
4. You are FAMILIAR WITH THE B2B SaaS ENVIRONMENT
5. You are a GOOD COMMUNICATOR and you empathize quickly with people
6. You are PROACTIVE and you like to put forward new ideas
7. University education, preferably business-related
8. You have PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in a customer experience team
