Position Overview
MCI is a tech‑enabled business services company operating in the USA with integral operations. The Dialer Administrator monitors production of all dialing platforms and related applications, collaborates with the Operations team and other departments to meet work standards, maintain dialing schedules, comply with company and regulatory policies, provide reporting on dialing agent production and key performance indicators, and recommend best practices to enhance performance.
Responsibilities
- Configure multiple applications, install and update software on local and remote machines to reduce downtime.
- Provide daily operational support, training, and troubleshooting for software issues.
- Prepare and load calling lists into various CRM systems.
- Develop expertise in the capabilities of different dialing platforms.
- Work with external vendors to resolve critical performance issues and implement preventative measures.
- Analyze system performance against requirements and propose improvements.
- Understand regulatory compliance requirements, manage audits, and handle investigations to keep systems compliant.
- Provide help‑desk support, resolve tickets, and manage projects/issues.
- Maintain schedule flexibility during new project launches or software deployments.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Technical training or equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum 4 years in a similar role.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of data principles; experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple diverse projects simultaneously with detailed analysis, problem‑solving, time management, and sound judgment.
- Self‑motivation and effective teamwork in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills.

Physical Requirements
This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary, sit or stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset, and occasionally move about the office. The employee must be able to reach, lift or carry up to forty (40) pounds.
