enriching people's lives at home and at work, and advancing society.Actively develop the customer portfolio by identifying opportunities and supporting clients within the defined range to create projects and follow through to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.Identify and visit, in collaboration with KAMs and sales colleagues, consultants, architects, main contractors, and installers to identify projects. Support consultants and installers in designing projects with Panasonic solutions.Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners to guarantee a seamless customer journey regarding processes and systems.Monitor projects in Salesforce and regularly review the project portfolio.Provide feedback on market trends, reflect on revising strategies/tactics, and develop future products. Suggest appropriate measures and create new service sales proposals to meet strategic company objectives.Identify and build strong relationships with builders, community managers, and installers to increase project business.Coordinate regularly with relevant internal SVC partners to track project installations from sales to commissioning, minimizing installation issues through proactive problem prediction and preventive measures to ensure service success.Ensure proper documentation of the project portfolio and progress in relevant systems.Detect customer needs and develop solution approaches and sales strategies by adapting existing products.Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients.Create monthly forecasts and reports on project acquisition, open projects, sales results, and KPI tracking.Participate in fairs and trade events to support the above responsibilities.Relevant university degree or equivalent practical and professional experience.3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.Experience in B2B and B2C Business Development.Willingness to travel.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work towards objectives.A strategic, challenging position where you can actively contribute to the company's success.International work environment.Variety of training and development opportunities.Competitive salary plus various benefits.Special discounts on Panasonic products.ABOUT USPanasonic is one of the largest and leading electronic product manufacturers worldwide.
