Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary project contact for clients and creative agencies.
* Monitor and share client satisfaction feedback, addressing client needs and concerns.
* Ensure team members are aware of timelines and deliverables.
* Foster high team effectiveness through trust, communication, collaboration, and engagement.
* Mentor and coach junior producers.
* Manage projects independently from initiation to completion.
* Act as the production expert on audiovisual campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Manage client objectives, budgets, expectations, deliverables, and timelines, communicating changes effectively.
* Maintain project tracking through task lists, issue logs, and status reports.
* Demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Define project scopes and estimates with interdisciplinary teams.
* Own and track project budgets, reconcile estimates, and resolve discrepancies.
* Develop and maintain project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate with Hogarth’s global network to ensure successful campaign launches.
* Manage project documentation and communication with teams and clients.
* Liaise with clients, agencies, and suppliers for schedules, briefs, assets, and specifications.
* Manage talent and traffic teams at Hogarth.
* Oversee POs, financial reporting, tracking, and billing.
Requirements
* 4-5 years of production experience in an agency or production house, including Offline, Online, 2D, 3D, audio, and media production.
* Solid understanding of production, postproduction, and creative development processes.
* Experience with data handling, asset management, buyouts, and formats.
* Proven project leadership with client and account management experience.
* Ability to manage medium to complex projects, delivering on time and within budget.
* Fluent in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools like JIRA, SharePoint, or Smartsheet.
