The Post-Production Manager oversees a specialized team to ensure high standards of quality, productivity, and efficiency in post-production activities. Responsibilities include managing projects to meet deadlines and budgets, aligning with client expectations and brand messaging, leading innovation, process automation, and collaborating with internal and external teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the broadcast team, ensuring adherence to KPIs such as Quality, Utilization, Productivity, and Sourcing.
* Oversee, nurture, and improve the high-quality post-production operation.
* Collaborate with accounts, project managers, and clients to ensure creative productions meet expectations.
* Train and manage all post-production staff.
* Oversee budgeting, planning, and resource allocation for projects.
* Coordinate producers and schedulers to assign appropriate talent.
* Ensure all production activities are on time and within budget.
* Act as escalation point for post-production issues and implement conflict resolution techniques.
* Ensure efficient resource utilization and cross-utilization, planning solutions for staffing challenges.
* Maintain strategic relationships with external post-production partners and facilities.
* Review and enhance post-production processes for profitability and effectiveness, focusing on innovation and automation.
* Identify and support automation opportunities to reduce manual workflows.
* Address production and technical issues collaboratively with support teams.
* Work with Finance to maximize post-production profitability.
* Promote Hogarth’s culture through ownership, professionalism, passion, and leadership.
