Overview
An international leader in the ventilation systems industry, with over 70 subsidiaries across the globe, is seeking to hire a Transaction Services Associate to join its Corporate Finance function. This role plays a key part in maintaining financial oversight of global operations and supporting strategic M&A and internal reorganization initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate financial due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructuring across international subsidiaries.
* Analyze financial statements and KPIs including EBITDA, net debt, and working capital adjustments.
* Liaise with local finance teams to standardize financial reporting and audit processes across regions.
* Partner with external advisors and internal departments on cross-border M&A transactions.
* Identify key financial risks and support integration and post-deal processes.
* Help drive financial governance initiatives and reporting improvements globally.
Qualifications
* 2–3 years of experience in Transaction Services.
* Background in a Big Four firm is essential. Solid expertise in transactional analysis and due diligence processes.
* Strong accounting, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
* Fluent in English – essential for coordination with international teams.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
