Do you enjoy helping people and being part of the energy behind world-class festivals? We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to support festival visitors and ticket buyers across several international events mainly located in Iberia.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for thousands of festival fans, ensuring they receive clear information and excellent support before, during, and after their event experience.You will support festivals such as elrow, Sónar, Arenal Sound and Resurrection Fest, working closely with internal teams and ticketing partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.Your responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for festival visitors and ticket buyersHandle customer enquiries via email and social media direct messagesSupport customers with ticket-related questions using the Bleep Ticketing platformWork closely with festival brands and internal teams to resolve customer issues efficientlyIdentify recurring questions and customer pain points and help improve processes and communication by working closely with with developing teamEnsure a high level of customer satisfaction through clear, accurate and customer-focused communication What we are looking for

Excellent written communication skills in Spanish, Catalan and EnglishExperience in customer service, support, or hospitalityAbility to handle multiple conversations and stay organised in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetComfortable working with digital tools such as ticketing systems, CRM tools and social media platformsInterest in music, festivals, or live events is a strong plus What we offer
