Position: Assistant Project Manager
Purpose & Overall Relevance: This role involves managing projects related to business process development and implementation, utilizing appropriate project management methodologies, and fostering high-performing team environments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support portfolio, program, and project management activities, including report compilation and file maintenance.
* Investigate operational needs, problems, and opportunities to recommend improvements.
* Support measurement activities, data collection, report generation, and analysis.
* Assist in defining and managing project requirements.
Key Relationships: Global Tech, HR Management, Controlling
Minimum Qualifications:
* Four-year degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* Proficient in English.
* At least 3 years in IT, with 1 year as an Agile Expert (Scrum Master).
