Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ️
* +10y technical background in Salesforce(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), with experience in architecture and solution design.
* Proven experience withsystem integration patterns, middleware, and API management.
* Solid understanding of commercial business processes such as sales operations, lead management, pricing, quoting, and customer engagement.
* Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar) is a plus.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
* Salesforce certifications(e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or similar) preferred.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Define and maintain the enterprise architecture roadmap for the Commercial function, ensuring alignment with business strategy and digital initiatives.
* Lead architectural design and governance for Salesforce-based solutions and related integrations with ERP, marketing, and service platforms.
* Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to translate commercial business requirements into scalable, integrated digital solutions.
* Oversee integration patterns, data flows, and API strategies across internal and external systems.
* Ensure architectural standards, security, and scalability best practices are consistently applied.
* Evaluate new technologies and solutions to support commercial innovation and operational efficiency.
