Position Summary / Mission
As a Clinical Development Trainee (Scientist/Physician), you will:
· Learn the fundamentals of clinical development and trial design.
· Support the clinical study team by providing scientific or medical input in line with project strategies and regulatory requirements.
· Participate in the preparation and review of clinical study documents, including protocols, reports, and informed consent forms.
· Contribute to literature reviews, data analysis, and the presentation of scientific or medical findings.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond to queries from Ethics Committees.
· Gain exposure to internal processes and external partnerships, building a strong foundation for your future career in clinical research.
Core Responsibilities
· Provide input (scientific or medical) to clinical study teams, under the supervision of senior staff.
· Participate in the development and review of study protocols, amendments, and reports.
· Conduct literature reviews and summarize clinical/non-clinical data.
· Review ongoing trial data, including blinded safety data.
· Address questions from Ethics Committees and contribute to regulatory documentation.
· Serve as a core member of the Clinical Study Team
Required Education and Experience
· For Scientist Trainee: Degree in Biology, Molecular Medicine, Pharmacy, or related field. Advanced degrees (PhD or Master's in Pharmaceutical Medicine) are valuable.
· For Physician Trainee: MD degree.
· Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency with MS Office applications.

· Teamwork experience (academic, extracurricular, or professional).
· Strong communication and analytical skills.
· Motivation to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
