At Capitole Consulting we are getting bigger and we always want more!


We are looking to upskill our QoS MIM team in Barcelona by replacing a current position with a senior-level Service Manager / Major Incident Manager.



Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the lead during major incidents, ensuring fast, structured resolution.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams and C-Suite executives during high-pressure situations.
* Coordinate across multiple teams, tools (Teams, Outlook, Phone), and streams of information simultaneously.
* Maintain composure and control in high-stress, operationally demanding environments.


Requirements:

* Strong transversal IT knowledge
* Proven ability to interact with and present to C-level stakeholders
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* High resiliency and stress management capacity
* Strong multitasking and information retention skills
* Exposure to IT compliance frameworks and regulations such as: DORA, ISO standards, NIST, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), IT Security policies and practices.
* Technical environnement: Azure


Languages:

* Fluent in French and English (Native or C1 level) – Mandatory
* Additional languages (German, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic) are a plus but not required.


Education & Certifications:

* University degree – Mandatory
* Master’s degree – Preferred
* ITIL Foundation certification – Mandatory


Other languages like German, Italian, Portuguese or Arabic are welcome but not necessary.
