WHAT WILL YOU DO?We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:Day-to-day incident monitoring and resolution (ServiceNow preferred)Interact with IT & business users on functional issuesTriage issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely resolutionFollow service management processes (e.G., Incident, Change, Capacity, Problem)Maintain agreed SLA levels and assure quality of delivery at all timesCoordinate communications between suppliers, OEM, and other IT/business stakeholdersTrack and report progress to stakeholdersAdhere to shift rotation plan and provide on-call support for out-of-hours issues
WHAT TECHNOLOGIES, METHODOLOGIES OR TOOLS WILL YOU USE?ServiceNowIncident, Problem, Change, Capacity management processesSLM and Knowledge Management processesIT endpoint support (production-line applicable)Manufacturing shop floor systemsLine-side IT devices: printers, scanners, MRTs, barcode scanners, barcode printers, smart devicesSLA / service management operating model and shift rotationJava, .Net, SQL, Oracle (nice to have)
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Years' experience: 4–6 yearsEnglish: B2Spanish: C2Required qualification: Diploma
WHERE AND WHEN?Workplace: On-site — CadizWork Schedule: 1st Shift 6:30 am till 2:30 pm;
2nd Shift 11:00 am till 7:00 pm;
On-call support for outof hours issues;
Extended shifts or weekend support to be provided as per customer expectations
