✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- Solid experience as a Business Analyst within Supply Chain environments, with strong focus on system integrations (ERP, OMS, WMS, TMS, Carrier Management, Track & Trace).
- Strong understanding of integration standards and methods such as EDI, API, IDoc, XML, JSON, and end-to-end data flows.
- Experience with leading OMS and WMS platforms, including Manhattan Active, IBM Sterling, or Blue Yonder (highly valued).
- Proven ability to analyze and document business processes, defining integration requirements and detailed data mappings.
- Experience designing and validating functional and technical specifications for complex integrations.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain systems such as Order Management, Warehouse Management, and legacy ERP environments.
- Experience working in global and virtual teams, collaborating across time zones and cultures.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including design thinking practices.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams at all levels.
- Fluent English ; Spanish is a plus.
- 4–6 years of experience in similar roles.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Perform deep analysis of Supply Chain business processes to identify integration requirements across ERP, OMS, WMS, and other platforms.
- Design and document data mappings, information flows, and functional specifications for new or enhanced integrations.
- Lead and facilitate technical design sessions with IT teams, solution architects, and system experts to define interfaces and data structures.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of integrations, maintaining data quality and consistency.
- Support testing activities (SIT/UAT) by defining test cases, validating results, and ensuring seamless end-to-end data flow.
- Create and maintain documentation for business processes, integration logic, operational changes, and training materials.
- Identify integration gaps, propose process improvements, and enhance data flow efficiency across the Supply Chain ecosystem.
- Communicate operational impacts of new integrations and ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to guarantee functional accuracy and architectural compliance.
- Contribute to the development of the integration strategy, ensuring scalable, reliable, and efficient connectivity across systems.
