We are looking for an O&M; engineer with experience in PV plants. The candidate will be involved in the operation, maintenance and revamping of PV plants in Spain. The postholder will be primarily based in Madrid but shall be able to travel and work with cross functional teams supporting international renewable projects.

She/he will report to the head of O&M; in Spain and will be responsible of the following tasks:
\n
· Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the assigned portfolio.
\n
· Coordinate the works of the technicians assigned to these PV plants as well required contractor to execute works.
\n
· Monitor the plants remotely to promptly detecting failures and manage the response times.
\n
· Prepare monthly reports for customers (production, PR, preventive and correctives interventions, etc.) key contact with PV plants owners responding to technical questions or required extra actions.
\n
· Prepare budgets for extra works and supporting information to invoice customers.
\n
· Purchase products/services required to operate the PV plants.
\n
· Implement applicable HSSE policies, identify risk and corrective actions, assure all required documents are sent to customers and received from subcontractors.
\n
· Contribute as part of the PV center of competence to assess sizing and system configuration for new projects including feasibility studies of potential revamping and or installation of BESS.
\n
· We intend to expand our activities to provide O&M; services for BESS, it will be progressively included within the scope of services.
\n
Required skills
\n
· Minimum 3 years' experience as O&M; engineer for PV plants.
\n
· Engineering background and knowledge primarily Solar PV and experience dealing with inverters and tracker issues. BESS knowledge will be highly valued.
\n
· The candidate must be fluent in English and Spanish.
\n
· Experience in coordinating teams and contractors. Willing to learn, team spirit and able to work in a cross functional international environment.

· The post holder will be ideally based in Madrid ( we may be open to alternative location) and travelling availability is required. xugodme
